My magazine pick of the week: PINK a beautiful career. a beautiful life.
Inside was a mini-mag with a brief description of the top 15 women in business, and the "Real Deal" about their career. What really interested me in this edition was the discovery of the Forte Foundation. It's a foundation for women interested in getting an MBA. The foundation also interviews and partners with successful women in different businesses. What really interests me is their MBA initiative. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Advertising. I would love the support of a foundation such as Forte. So, I'm on a mission to find out if I can be a part of the community as a woman with an MS. My school is beginning the steps of positioning the program with MBA schools around the country. In recent 2006 competitions the VCU Adcenter has ranked right next to business schools such as Harvard and Darden. So, why not an MS instead of an MBA?

first of a third attempt

A blog. I had another blog that just wasn't interesting enough. It bored me. Blog posts should be short, interesting, and entertaining. This is my third attempt at the blog world. If you have an opinion about making my blog interesting...help me out. Note: I like to mess around with the HTML codes for web pages, and more specifically, my blog template. I don't know anything about HTML, but it's fun to play with.
